History: The Yankees were again at the height of their powers in 1936, with Lou Gehrig leading the Bombers to a 19.5 game edge over 2nd place Detroit. 1936 was the first of four consecutive World Series titles for manager Joe McCarthy's club.

This is a reproduction of the on-field jacket worn in ‘36, from the navy wool body and 100% American wool trim to the felt “NY” patch on the chest and vintage-style slash pockets.
