San Francisco Seals 1946 Authentic Wool Ballcap
AUTHENTIC REPLICA OF THE "SF" LOGO FROM 1946
History: San Francisco started the post-war era strong, with manager Lefty O'Doul topping Casey Stengel's rival Oaks for the pennant by four games, and also defeating their cross-bay rivals in the post-season playoffs. Ferris Fain led the PCL in runs scored and RBI. The Seals also led the league in attendance, with 670,000 of the faithful going through the turnstiles in '46.
This is an authentic reproduction of the original 1946 San Francisco Seals ballcap, hand-sewn from genuine wool baseball cloth and finished with the iconic “SF” logo.
