Homestead Grays Felt 'G' Cotton Twill Ballcap
THE ORIGINAL 1945 GRAYS “G” FELT LOGO
History: An undeniable powerhouse and juggernaut of the Negro Leagues, the Homestead Grays secured nine consecutive league titles and three Negro World Series championships from 1937 to 1948. Some of baseball’s most legendary Hall of Famers showcased their skills with the Grays, including catcher Josh Gibson and first baseman Buck Leonard who played for the Grays during the 1931 season.
Our twill ballcap pays tribute to the on-field caps worn during that era while providing the comfort, breathability, and versatility of cotton. Featuring classic Ebbets details such as our signature green underbrim and satin binding, this hat is an easy-wearing wardrobe staple.
In partnership with the Negro Leagues Baseball Museum (NLBM), we are proud to offer this cotton twill ballcap. A portion of proceeds from this product will support the NLBM in Kansas City. For more information about the museum, visit www.nlbm.com
