Returns & Exchanges

Complete a return/exchange - Click the Initiate Return/Exchange button above and follow these steps: 

  1. Fill out the Order Number and Email fields. 
  2. Select the item(s) you’d like to return or exchange and specify the reason(s). 
  3. Select your refund preference (Exchange or Return) (Payment Refund or Store Credit). 
  4. Print out the label provided in your return confirmation email and send back your item(s) within 30 days. International returns will not have a label generated.  

Make sure to only use our pre-paid USPS return labels so we can track your order. Separate orders should be returned separately with the coordinating return label. We are unable to refund lost returns using labels other than our own. *For Returns/Exchanges outside of the United States the customer is responsible for the cost of and providing the return label. * 

We want to make shopping online as trouble free as shopping in a store. For this reason, we have made our Return Policy very simple.  

You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to decide if you want to keep it, exchange it, or return it. All items are eligible for return/exchange except these few – custom orders and clearance items are nonrefundable and cannot be exchanged or returned. All items must be unworn, unwashed and in re-sellable condition: garments must be clean and brims of ballcaps must be unaltered and unbent (hats must be returned in a box, not an envelope).  

EASY EXCHANGES 

If you ordered an item that is the wrong size, doesn't fit right, or arrived damaged or defective, follow the above link to start your exchange process. All exchanges must be made within 30 days of receiving your product. You will not be charged for the shipping label to send back your product with an exchange. We do not offer exchanges for different items. 

Note:Items that have been discontinued since your order will need to be returned for a refund. Please note that product must be in re-sellable condition. *Additional shipping costs may apply. 

RETURNS/REFUNDS 

If within 30 days of delivery you are not satisfied with your product you may return it for a refund. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. Please note that refunds may take up to 30 days from receiving the product. Product must be in re-sellable condition* and must be accompanied by original receipt. 

*While Custom made items cannot be returned or exchanged, if the order is defective (i.e., fabric flaws, design, etc.) we will gladly exchange the order. Custom orders include, but are not limited to, name/number customizations, custom artwork, etc. If you would like to refund your item, please email customerservice@ebbets.com. 

Please note we cannot be held responsible for Ebbets Field Flannels items purchased from other retailers or unaccompanied by sales receipt. For returns/exchanges/repairs of items that are purchased from another retailer, please consult that retailer's returns/exchanges/repair policies. 

 

FINAL SALE

Please note that all items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. These items are sold as-is, and we encourage you to carefully review product details before purchasing.
