Robinson previously held the honor of the most career wins for a college football head coach with 408, but has since been surpassed by John Gagliardi claiming 489 wins over a 64-year career. Eddie Robinson’s impact on the program is now honored through the football stadium that bares his name, as Grambling football plays their home games at Eddie G. Robinson Memorial Stadium.
