Description: A Vancouver Mounties satin windbreaker. Our new line of vintage windbreakers are inspired by models from the 1950s and '60s, and use our classic cotton-backed satin.

League: Pacific Coast League
History: The Oakland Oaks headed north in 1956, and the new Vancouver Mounties became Canada’s highest ranking minor league club. (The Coast League was still classified as “Open”, higher than AAA, for the Mounties’ first two seasons). In their second season in Canada, the Mounties won the pennant and led the league in attendance. The team played at Capilano Stadium, built with the same plans as Seattle’s Sick’s Stadium.
