History: The Senators finished with an impressive 91-61 record in 1912, which was only good enough for second place due to the domination of the Boston Red Sox that year. The 1921 squad included famed right-handed sidearmer Walter Johnson, who played his entire 21-year career with Washington, and then went on to manage the team.
