Shipping/Tracking Questions (USA)
How long do orders usually take to ship?
Our in-stock items typically ship out within 7 days, as indicated on the product pages on our website.
Our current shipping carrier partners are DHL and USPS. Once an order has been shipped out, the package is typically processed through up to a few different DHL ECOMMERCE Facilities before it arrives to USPS in the city of its destination. The amount of time that it may take for DHL to process packages can vary, but we typically see our packages take between 2-5 days before being processed at its next stop.
Once a package is closer to its final destination, USPS is typically able to provide an ETA for delivery.
If there are delays in the shipment of your order
Unfortunately, once an order ships out from our warehouse, we no longer have access to it outside of the provided tracking number.
If you are experiencing delays in the shipment of your order, we typically suggest ontacting DHL and/or USPS Support directly, as they would have the information regarding your package.
If they are not able to assist, please reachout to us at customerservice@ebbets.com, and we will help to make this right.
Missing or Lost Package – What do I do?
If your package says "Delivered" on the tracking page, but you have not received it yet, we typically suggest customers directly contact their local Post Office and/or USPS Support to inquire about their package or to file a missing package claim to see if they can locate the package first before we move forward with next steps to resolve these incidents on our end.
If the shipping carrier or post office is not able to assist, please reach out to customerservice@ebbets.com, and we will assist you to help make this right.
Do you ship outside of the United States?
At this time, we are only shipping to the US and Canada. Please follow us on social media to keep up with any changes we may make in the future.
Can my shipping be expedited?
We do not offer options for expedited/express shipping at this time. In-stock items ship out within 7 days. In-stock items ship out within 7 days. Once a package is closer to its final destination, USPS is typically able to provide an ETA for delivery.
Delayed Orders – Where is my order / why is my order taking so long?
The status of my package has been the same for days on end. Can you help?
Once an order ships out from our warehouse, we no longer have access to it outside of the tracking number.
In these cases, we also suggest contacting DHL and/or USPS Support directly, as they would have the information regarding your package. If they are not able to assist, please reach out to us at customerservice@ebbets.com, and we will assist you to help make this right.
I ordered a jersey, and I haven’t received an update on it in weeks. What is going on with my order?
Our flannel jerseys are handmade and made to order. For this reason, it can take 8-10 weeks for us to produce and ship the jerseys to customers as indicated on the product page on our website. I apologize if you were not aware of this when making your purchase.
Please note that our durene football jerseys can also take up 2 to weeks to produce and ship to customers.
You will receive an email with tracking information once your order has shipped!
Help! I entered the wrong address!
Unfortunately, we are unable to cancel/modify an order once it's placed. This includes changing the shipping address.
If you have trouble receiving your order, we typically recommend contacting DHL/USPS Support directly to file a claim or to redirect the package.
Please let us know if you are unable to retrieve your package once it ships.
Shipping/Tracking - Canada
How do I get tracking updates on my order?
"When your order is shipped out, you will receive an email that includes a link to the tracking page. On that page, you can click the text box below "Subscribe to delivery status updates". Type in your email address and click the "Get Notified" button below it. You will now receive email updates when significant tracking updates occur."
Lost/Missing Package (CA) - Contact Passport Customer Service
"Once your order has shipped out, you should have received an email that includes a link to the tracking page. On that page, you can click the "Need Help" button on the bottom right to contact our shipping partner who can start an investigation in regards to your lost or missing package. If you are still having issues, you can contact us by email at customerservice@ebbets.com, for assistance."
Custom Duties and Taxes for International Orders
At checkout, you have the choice to pay for duties and taxes upfront or when you receive your order. This choice is made when selecting the shipping method. Paying for the duties and taxes upfront will help expedite the process of getting through customs in some cases
Order/Payment Questions
I need to cancel my order
We are not able to modify or cancel an order once it has been placed. Once an order has been processed in our system, the order information is already sent out to production and other parties who help to fulfill the order, and it is no longer able to be changed. We certainly apologize for any inconvenience.

Help! I ordered the wrong size/style!
We are not able to modify an order once it has been placed. This does include changing the size/quantity/style – we certainly apologize for any inconvenience.
Once an order has been processed in our system, the order information is already sent out across multiple channels and parties who help to fulfill the order, and it is no longer able to be changed.

Payment or card information is not working at checkout
We apologize for any trouble with getting your payment method to go through.
In these cases, we typically recommend the following steps:

My discount code is not working or applying to my cart at checkout
If your discount code is not working at checkout or in your shopping cart, we typically recommend the following:

Please also note that multiple discounts / codes / sales cannot be applied to a single order (e.g., our 3 for $135 Ballcap Deal cannot be used if we have a 20%-off Sitewide Sale going on at the same time).

Issues with Shop Pay Installments
If you are experiencing issues with the payment of your order or were issued a refund and have not received it in full yet, it may be because your order was originally paid for through Shop Pay or with a Shop Pay Installment plan.
Once we have issued your refund on our end, there is not much else we can do as the full balance of your order/item(s) has already been issued for a refund.
We typically suggest contacting the Shop Pay Customer Service team if you are experiencing delays in the processing of your refund back to your original payment method.

Why is my order taking so long? | Made-to-Order Items
While the majority of our products such as ballcaps and T-shirts are in-stock and ship out within 1 week, some of our products are handmade and made-to-order. For this reason, these products have the following timelines for production before shipping out to customers, as indicated on the product page(s) on our website:
• Flannel Jerseys – 8-10 weeks
• Vintage Crewneck Sweatshirts – 4 weeks
• Durene Football Jerseys – Up to 2 weeks

How to submit a return
Did you receive an item from your order that didn't work out quite right?
No worries, we've got you covered! We have a quick & simple return/exchange system.

Almost all items are eligible for return within 30 days of receiving your order as long as they are unworn, unwashed, and in re-sellable condition.
In order to initiate your return, you will need the 6-digit Order Number & the e-mail address that the order was placed under.
What if I already took the tags off of my item?
Need to return an item, but already took the tags off?
No worries! Your item is still eligible for return. It is completely fine if the tags are no longer attached.

What is Happy Returns?
Happy Returns is a convenient return method that we introduced earlier this year in 2023! This return option allows you to drop-off your return at a location near to you (e.g. GameStop, Ulta, Staples) with a QR code, rather than sending it through the mail or the post office. This return method does have a $10 fee.
Return Methods
Sending your return back to us
- Box & Ship: To return your item(s) via the mail or post office, please select the Box & Ship method on the submission page for your return.
- Happy Returns: If you prefer to drop off your return at an eligible Happy Returns location near you (e.g. GameStop, Ulta, Staples), you can select the Happy Returns method when submitting your return. Please note that Happy Returns does charge a $10 fee for this method.
Box & Ship returns are processed once we receive them back at our warehouse; Happy Returns are processed once they are scanned at an eligible drop-off location.
Receiving your refund/replacement item
- Refund for Store Credit: If you opt for Store Credit for your return, you will receive a full refund, and the credit will be issued to you via an e-Gift Card.
- Refund to Original Payment Method: If you opt for a refund to your original payment method, there will be a small handling/shipping fee applied to your return.
- Exchange: If you submit your return as an exchange for a replacement item, your order will result in a $0.00 balance with no shipping/handling fees applied.

Can I exchange for a different item?
Our Returns Portal only allows the option to exchange for the same exact item in a different style.
If you are interested in a different style/item, our best suggestion would be to submit your return for a refund via Store Credit, and then use the credit to purchase the item once your return has been processed.

What are your products made of?

Can I request a different name or number on a jersey?
Unfortunately, we are not able to modify the patches/logos/names/numbers/etc. on any of our products.
While we are not able to take one-off custom order requests at this time, we do offer custom bulk/wholesale orders! If you are interested in this, please refer to this page on our website: Custom Order Info for Ebbets Field Flannels and reach out to our team at sales@ebbets.com with any questions you may have.
Can you make custom alterations to your products?
We are not able to take one-off custom order requests or modify/remove names, numbers, patches, logos, etc. on our products.
How do I clean/wash my item?
Ballcaps: To clean your cap or remove small stains, we recommend using cool water and a gentle soap or detergent and washing by hand and air drying. For regular cleaning of dust and dirt, use a soft brush or clean cloth. If the hats need cleaning beyond those scenarios, we recommend taking them to a dry cleaner.

- Shawl Collar Sweaters
Crewnecks & Sweatshirts: Machine wash cold inside out; hang dry
T-Shirts: Wash on delicate cycle, tumble dry low; remove promptly; do not bleach
Authentic Jackets & Windbreakers: Since these jackets are Wool & Leather or Wool & Suede (or all wool, or all satin), they should not really be washed or generally dry-cleaned. This kind of outerwear generally does not require washing, but it can be spot cleaned using either gentle soap for wool/leather care, and cleaning products for the leather. If your garment needs cleaned beyond spot cleaning, we recommend trying to find a cleaner near you that specializes in leather care, and consulting with them on how to clean it, as they'll know best.
I received a defective or damaged item
We have a simple and quick return/exchange system to get this fixed. Please follow the instructions to do so found here: Returns & Exchanges – Ebbets Field Flannels
Please submit your return as a defect when the Returns Portal asks for the reason for the return, and be sure to mark that you have not worn the item yet. Please also include a note inside of the box/package with a brief description of the defect/damage, so that our warehouse team will be aware of the exact issue with the item when they receive your package.
Which player wore the number on the back of my jersey?
If the player who wore a jersey is not called out in the Product Description on the product page on our website, it is likely that the number is either random or related to a significant date, rather than being the number of a specific player.
Ballcap Questions
What types of bills / visors do your ballcaps have?
Great question! We have 3 different visor types – standard, soft, and short.
Our pre-1940 ballcaps were made with soft visors so players could fold them up and put them in their back pockets. Later visors were done in standard (stiff visor) or short (also a soft visor). Check the product details to see which type of visor each cap has

How do your products typically fit? Do they run true-to-size?
All of our products run true to size! In order to determine the best possible fit for you, please refer to our sizing chart found here: Sizing Charts – Ebbets Field Flannels
However, please note that there may sometimes be slight variations in exact measurements due to the handmade nature of our products. Please also note that the measurements on our Sizing Guide are body measurements that our production team goes off of when handcrafting our products, rather than measurements of the items themselves.
Ballcaps - We have generally found that if a ballcap is a bit too small for you, the best route is to exchange for one size up.
Flannel Jerseys - Please also be aware that if you order one of our flannel baseball jerseys, these sometimes tend to be longer than customers expect! However, they are historically authentic to the way the jerseys were crafted during their era.

Do all Ebbets hats have the adjustable strap pictured on the website?
That is a great question!
All of our ballcaps sizes 7 through 8 are fitted ballcaps, and do not come with the adjustable strap pictured on the back – only our Size ADJ comes with this.
My item is broken/damaged, do you offer repair services?
Ebbets does not offer repair services or offer replacement parts for our products to help fix defective/damaged items at this time.
We suggest taking your item to a local seamstress or tailor shop to see if they may be able to assist.

When are you re-stocking items?
Unfortunately, we do not have exact timeframes for when we restock certain items.
We suggest clicking the "Notify me when available" button on the product page on our website once you click the size of an item you are interested in!
This will notify you via e-mail once the an comes back into stock.
General Questions
Does Ebbets offer a military discount?
We sure do! We offer a military discount for 20% off your purchase. This cannot be combined with any offer or discount/promotion we are currently running, however.
If you wish to receive this discount, please submit a photo/screenshot of your Military ID to us at customerservice@ebbets.com, and once we receive it, we can add your e-mail to our list of military personnel customers.
Once we have received your Military ID, in order to use this discount, you will just need to enter your correct e-mail address, and enter the discount code MILITARY20 at checkout. (Please note that this code will not work unless we have assigned you to our list of military personnel customers.)
